The MC68008L8 CPU is the processor used in the Sinclair QL. The 68008 is a version of the popular 68000 processor but with an 8-bit external data bus, running at up to 8MHz.
These processors are in the ceramic package, which were used in the QL originally.
Because these processors date from around 1983, occasionally some of the processors may have a chip to the ceramic in non-vital places. All our chips are, of course, tested and guaranteed.
